If you consider an item faulty or not as described, please contact us at email@example.com . Please send a full description of the fault and photos. If a representative of Oakli and Co agrees that there could be a fault, the item must be returned to Oakli and Co within 14 business days. The postage must include tracking. Either a refund minus postage fee, store credit or a product exchange (if available) will be provided.
